Please answer the following questions as completely as you can so that the placement of each puppy is made by considering the requirements of both the puppy and the puppies new owner(s), BEFORE a choice is made.

I hope you will agree that the dog's welfare must be our primary concern. Please feel free to elaborate and add any additional information that you feel is important in considering a placement.

***NOTE*** We currently have no estimate on when we will have puppies available again.  You may still fill out the questionnaire or email us for more information if you wish.

* How did you hear about the Toller and our Kennel?
* What characteristics about this breed do you like and why do you think this is the dog for you? Have you met a Toller in person?
* Is everyone in your household in agreement with getting a puppy and in particular, a Toller?
* Do you currently or have you ever owned a dog before? What breed? Tell us about them…

* Is anyone home during the day? If not, what kind of arrangements will you be making for your new puppy? Will there be someone available to feed and exercise the puppy during the day?
* What will you do with your Toller when you go away on vacation or trips?
* We understand that lifestyles often change such as a change in job, family and where you live. Are you prepared to make a 10-15 year, (approx.) commitment to this dog?
* Exercise is an important part of a Tollers life. They are energetic and need to be exercised on a regular basis. It is also very important to consider if you are willing or have the time to give your dog the exercise required. Are you familiar with the exercise requirements of this "high energy" sporting dog?
